During his 18 years of HSE leadership experience in the oil and gas industry, Doug realized that he has a natural ability to do business development. His employers and vendors would rely on him as the go-to guy for services due to his large professional network coupled with his confident and energetic personality. His past QHSE experience included Director of HSE at Savanna, Vice President of HSSEQ at FT Services, Canadian Health & Safety Manager at Apache Corporation, Sr. HS&E Manager at Baker Hughes, and HSE Lead at Fluor. As an owner of Prime Essential, Doug has increased its client base by over 100% while making sure its existing clients continue to receive superior value.
Grant haws, operations
As a lawyer from California, Grant found his way to Calgary by working on mergers and acquisitions. After several M&A deals in Calgary, he decided to permanently relocate to Calgary to manage the newly acquired companies. Grant discovered his knack at growing companies with a focus on providing value to both shareholders and clients. After honing his business skills in Calgary, he decided the time was right to be a business owner. As an owner of Prime Essential, he brings a high level of operational efficiency and strategic thinking. But most importantly, he is passionate about delivering superior value to each client.
